Our lawyers offer an initial appointment of 60 minutes at a fixed fee of $330.00 (inclusive of GST) with no obligation to continue to retain us. Our lawyers can give you initial advice, and also assess your eligibility for legal funding from Victoria Legal Aid. If you are not eligible we will disclose our costs to you and you can assess whether you want to proceed with our private fees.
Pre-payment is required. When we book an appointment for you we assure you that we will set aside time for one of our lawyers to listen and discuss your matter with you for 60 minutes.
