Claudia Grimberg is the principal lawyer at Claudia Grimberg Lawyers. She was accredited as a Law Institute Specialist in Children’s Law in 2012. She has worked exclusively in matters involving child protection, youth crime and intervention orders for over 20 years. Prior to that, she represented adult clients in the Magistrates, County and Supreme Courts. She earned her combined Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from Monash University in 1989. Claudia Grimberg is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and a member of Victoria Legal Aid specialist panels.
Brendan Annear is an associate at Claudia Grimberg Lawyers. Brendan has experience in complex criminal matters having appeared in bail applications, pleas of guilty, contested hearings and appeals in the Magistrates, Children’s and County Court of Victoria. Brendan has also acted as instructing solicitor in a number of matters to the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal. He appears daily in the Children’s Court of Victoria in both the Family and Criminal Division. Brendan is a member of the Victoria Legal Aid Child Protection Panel and was accredited as a Law Institute of Victoria Specialist in Children’s Law in 2018. Brendan holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from La Trobe University. He also completed a Post Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the Australian National University.
Natalie Tenaglia is an associate at Claudia Grimberg Lawyers. In 2018 Natalie was accredited as a Law Institute of Victoria Specialist in Children’s Law. She is also a member of the Victoria Legal Aid Specialist Child Protection Panel. Natalie regularly appears in youth crime, adult crime, child protection and intervention order matters in the Children’s and Magistrates’ Courts. She has experience in County and Supreme Court trials and appeals. She has also instructed in an appeal in the High Court of Australia. Natalie graduated from her Bachelor of Business in 2009 and her Bachelor of Laws (Honours) in 2012. She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Leo Cussen Institute.
Emilio Tiesi is an associate at Claudia Grimberg lawyers. He is a panel member of Victoria Legal Aid specialist Child Protection Panel and appears as a duty lawyer in the Family Division of the Children’s Court. He regularly appears in child protection, youth crime and intervention order matters. Emilio has also appeared in County Court and Supreme Court appeals. He completed a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws at La Trobe University in 2012, having completed part of his studies abroad at the University of Carlo Cattaneo in Italy and Shanghai University in China. He has a post graduate diploma in Legal Practice from The College of Law.
Danielle Keogh is a senior lawyer at Claudia Grimberg Lawyers. She has experience in complex criminal matters and appears regularly in youth crime matters.
Libby Jedwab is a lawyer at Claudia Grimberg Lawyers. She completed a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) at Monash University in 2017. After completing a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law in March 2018, Libby was admitted to legal practice in June 2018. Libby commenced working at Claudia Grimberg Lawyers as a paralegal in 2016. While studying, Libby also volunteered and completed placements at a number of Community Legal Centres.
